A certified leadership coach, she specializes in leadership development, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness—aligning people strategies with business priorities and building cultures that enable performance and scale.
Known for bringing clarity and momentum to complex environments, Jane combines strategic insight with practical, people-centered solutions to help leaders navigate ambiguity and drive lasting impact.

Heidi Mukamal
Heidi brings over 20 years of broad-based compensation expertise in a variety of industries and growth stages including high tech, higher education, media, and professional services. She develops programs and policies to attract, motivate and retain employees.
Heidi provides analyses, design, implementation, execution, and communication strategies to her clients. She is CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certified with WorldatWork, and received her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
